The Arealis joint stock real estate development company was founded in Vilnius in 2006. Its main shareholder is Estonian capital company AS Arealis, which is controlled by AS Nordic Contractors. The latter company is the largest shareholder in Estonia’s Nordecon International construction company. Shares in AS Nordecon International are traded on the Nasdaq OMX Tallinn Securities Exchange.
